English Proficiency Test Registration
PDVL is the registration centre for the British Council IELTS, Pearson PTE and Duolingo English Test (DET). We guide and help students complete the registration process for English language proficiency tests.
IELTS
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world's most popular English language test and is widely accepted by the world's leading academic institutions. It is also the only test currently trusted by the governments of the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand for immigration purposes.
PDVL is your first choice for IELTS registration! We simplify the registration process and provide necessary guidance to candidates preparing for the IELTS exam.
PTE
PTE is a globally popular computer-based test of English proficiency that offers rapid results, a digital format and a variety of tasks, making it suitable for individuals who are accustomed to digital testing or require rapid score reporting.
Multiple Neighboring Countries DET
Duolingo is a popular English language test alongside IELTS and PTE, providing a user-friendly testing environment and adaptive assessments for reading, writing, listening and speaking tests.

Accommodation

Each PDVL student will receive a welcome envelope containing the contact information of the school or related units, such as Taiwan's representative offices abroad.
